TOS
I own the artwork I make from this commission, but I can't sell it, make merch of it or use it commercially (except in non monetary advertising of my artwork), just like you can't either (unless we make an arrangement), but you also have the right to share that work and showcase it.
Depending on the usage and asking me for permission you can edit my art if I allow it.
You do NOT have permission to use my art in AI image databases, or edit my art with AI.
You CAN'T take credit for my works, crediting me when using said work is not enforced but preferred, just don't say my work has been done by you.
If I choose to cancel a commission midway, I will always refund, however, you CAN'T cancel the commission yourself (unless its in the sketch phase).
When commissioning me, I'd prefer it if you gave me visual references of the character I'm drawing, if this is your 1st time getting art of that character, a mood-board or image references of the body type, outfits etc. would be nice.
You can't ask for free major changes of the work after 50% of the work is done, you can do it before 50%, but after that you have to pay accordingly.
I take 50% upfront, and we discuss the commission details via DM on Twitter, Discord, or my business email, and nowhere else.
You have to pay me in PayPal and only via my invoice link
